Adobe Leadership Conclave
In todays workshop, the main emphasis was on using Adobe from Primary to Middle level in schools. The speakers explained how Generative AI will help in fostering creativity in the students and help in creating Digital revolution.
The National Progressive School’s Conference (NPSC), in collaboration with Adobe, organized a Leadership Conclave on January 29, 2025, at Adobe Office, Noida, bringing together educators and industry experts to discuss AI, creativity, and technology in education.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Asha Prabhakar, Chairperson, NPSC, and Principal, Bal Bharati Public School, Noida. This was followed by a keynote address by Mr. Armstrong Pame, Director (CBSE, NIOS, Vocational Education), highlighting the need for innovation-driven learning. Dr. Budha Chandrasekhar, Chief Coordinating Officer, AICTE, elaborated on the role of policy and leadership in educational transformation.
A panel discussion on AI and Creativity, featuring Mr. Vedant Ahluwalia, CEO, Dataviv Technology, Mr. Jayadev Gopalkrishnan, Director, Adobe and Dr. Ramesh Sharma, HRDC, Ambedkar University, moderated by Dr. Pranita Gopal, CIET, NCERT, explored AI applications in classrooms.
The fireside chat, led by Dr. Ameeta Mulla Wattal, Chairperson & Executive Director, Education, DLF Foundation, included insights from Mr. Bhaskar Basu, Sr. Director, Microsoft, and Ms. Garima Babbar, Country Head-Education, Adobe, on fostering creative hubs in schools.
A hands-on session on Adobe Express and Google Tools provided educators with practical strategies for integrating technology into teaching. Few projects created by the students, using such tools were displayed in the form of softcopy.
